Premium Add-Ons

After login, go to 'Billing' to select premium Add-Ons. Once selected, you will be asked to verify payment information. Once verified, you will be billed for the Premium Add-An(s) prorated for the current month. There is a six-month minimum requirement for all Premium Add-Ons. After the six-month minimum, you can remove Premium Add-Ons at any time.

[001] - Email Summary

In Infusionsoft, if you represent a unique number for your Contacts, you can map them to QuickBooks Customer Account Number stored in a custom field. You select the custom field field a dropdown.

[003] - Filter Infusionsoft Contacts

Settings: Infusionsoft Saved Searched that defines the filtering information. Do not include date ranges in this search. Select the saved searched from new and updated contacts as either the same saved searched or different.

Set any filtering criteria in Infusionsoft saved searches and use them to filter Contacts syncing into QuickBooks. You select the two saved searches from dropdowns of all Contact Saved Searches.

When syncing Infusionsoft Sales Orders into QuickBooks Invoices, you can sync an Order custom field to the resulting QuickBooks Invoice Class. You select the Order custom field from a dropdown.

Settings: Text field that specifies the Pricing level that is required for syncing Customers from QuickBooks into Infusionsoft.

You can specify the value or partial-matched value of the QuickBooks Contact Pricing Level. If it starts with and/or ends with '%', the QuickBooks Pricing Level is partially matched to determine if the QuickBooks Customer is synced.

Settings: Infusionsoft Contact Tag selected from dropdown of existing tags that indicates the first invoices for this customer has synced. A date control indicates when Infusionsoft Contacts must have been synced after to get this tag.

On the first QuickBooks Invoice to sync into Infusionsion, tag the contact. You select the tag from a dropdown of all tags.

[020] - First Sales Order Tag
